There are no refunds and exchange.

Just in case of damaged item, exchange is applicable.

In case of any mistakes in measurements from our side, we take full responsibility to pick up, fix the measurements and deliver it to the costumer.

In case the costumer have given wrong measurements and item was already delivered. We can do alterations but it’s important to know that we are not responsible of any delivery charges.

If you passed 48hours without asking for alterations we will not accept your request.

Alteration can take around 2-5 working days to process after recieving the item & inspecting it.
